What do you need to provide us for immediate Remote Assistance ?

* Provide us your Windows User Account name and Password ONLY IF you have set a password for windows login.

* Otherwise, Logmein Installation will ask for you to input ACCESS CODE, which you need to provide us for remote assistance.

Requirements:
A. Working Cable or DSL high speed internet connection
B. And your PC is able to get online.

Note: customer will be able to assume control at any time and no breach of security is possible. When we are finished, you are able to disable Logmein with just a right-click on the right-bottom corner of the menu bar on Logmein icon.
